About me
I come from project work – eight years at adelphi, most recently as a Senior Project Manager on climate action and regional development projects. That is where I learned that the hard parts are rarely the technical ones. They sit in between: in the question of who actually decides. In whether a group dares to say the thing that matters.
Since 2022 I have worked independently out of Berlin – as a certified systemic consultant, trainer and business mediator, with a background in agricultural economics (M. Sc.). I also teach at Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development. I work visually, with creative methods and a clear eye on the goal – and I hold the room even when it gets uncomfortable.
